I. The Power Grab
An executive order given by the President of the United States on March 16th 2012 has begun the immediate implementation of a "National Defense Resources Preparedness Committee" organization. This act clearly does not distinguish wartime from peacetime, essentially allowing for socialization and complete Administrative takeover of all economic and industrial systems at the anytime interest of national security AND SUPERIORITY. The President's appointed Cabinet now has more power and responsibility than any elected official.
Wheras:
Sec. 102. Policy. The United States must have an
industrial and technological base capable of meeting national defense
requirements and capable of contributing to the technological
superiority of its national defense equipment in peacetime and in times
of national emergency. The domestic industrial and technological base
is the foundation for national defense preparedness. The authorities
provided in the Act shall be used to strengthen this base."
In order to:
103(c) be prepared, in the event of a potential threat to the security of
the United States, to take actions necessary to ensure the availability
of adequate resources and production capability, including services and
critical technology, for national defense requirements;
and:
(d) improve the efficiency and responsiveness of the domestic industrial base to support national defense requirements
II. 'functions'
Under
Executive Order: National Defense Resource Preparedness,
a) each Cabinet Departnemt will have immediate loans and funds made available to them so that;
b) In the name of the government, a Secretary of ______ can then buy sell or trade with
any corporation or country they deem necessary (for national defense,
and in some places, for the maintenance of American technological and economic supremacy)
c) any specified and sanctioned corporations dealing with the state
will have access to special reserves of funds, and seemingly be able to
set their own rate of interest etc, ALL to be paid back to the Federal
Reserve bank (which is in no way affiliated with the government,
department of treasury or office of the President. so we are told)
Each Department shall:
"plan for and issue regulations to prioritize and allocate
resources and establish standards and procedures by which the authority
shall be used to promote the national defense, under both emergency and
non-emergency conditions"
This is how the new Executive Order prioritizes 'functions' of state departments:
"to allocate materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense",
(1) the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food
resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant
health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and
commercial fertilizer;
(2) the Secretary of Energy with respect to all forms of energy;
(3) the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to health resources;
(4) the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation;
(5) the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and
(6) the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials.
All in the name of National Defense (which is redifined to mean American "superiority" in article 102:Policy)

III. Every Aspect Of Your Life
A. According to the old Act (The Defense Production Act of 1950, subsection 2071(a) ) emergency powers CANNOT be used to:
"control the general distribution of any material in the civilian
market unless the President finds (1) that such material is a scarce
and critical material essential to the national defense, and (2) that
the requirements of the national defense for such material cannot
otherwise be met without creating a significant dislocation of the
normal distribution of such material in the civilian market to such a
degree as to create appreciable hardship."
NOW,
In the Executive Order, Sec.
201(e) states that given appropriate Presidential Approval, every Head
of Cabinet has the power "to control the general distribution of any
material (including applicable services) in the civilian market." This essentially gives the state full control over the 'free market', makes it possible to manipulate commodity and resource prices, and makes it a responsibility of each department to regularly report how this manipulation (or
INVESTMENT) can be guided by intelligence gathered, also ordered by the act. This act essentially makes cabinet members legal inside traders, able to inflate or deflate prices at their will, for personal profit as well as national security.
Sec. 307. Substitutes. The head of each agency ... is delegated the
authority of the President ...to make provision for the development of substitutes for
strategic and critical materials, critical components, critical
technology items, and other resources to aid the national defense
Each Secretary is now a private contractor, doling
out emergency funds to corporations producing needed technologies , as
well as maybe even just taking what they say they need. Your gas. Your
cash. Your personal computer/smartphone. your credit cards. your
television. all of these things may have precious metals that by law
are now not legally yours.
B. Here's a surprising one: The Department of Defense shall control all water resources:
(n) "Water resources" means all usable water, from all sources, within
the jurisdiction of the United States, that can be managed, controlled,
and allocated to meet emergency requirements, except "water resources"
does not include usable water that qualifies as "food resources."
Drinking water from Lake Michigan could soon be illegal. public ownership/use/access of any water source is in danger of being restricted, protected, and socialized for interests of promoting our own contracts over others.

;The Act of 1950 states that "No provision of title I of this Act (of 1950) shall be exercised or interpreted to require action or
compliance by any private person
to assist in any way in the production
of or other involvement in chemical or biological warfare capabilities,
unless authorized by the President (This is a power grab in itself, as this describes an act of
war and by the constitution shall be left up to a joint Act of Congress).
The Executive Order designates that these powers previously granted solely to the President are now delegated to the Secretary of Defense, who is also curiously tasked with the maintenance and control of water
resources, all in order to benefit "national defense and
infrastructure".
It therefore follows that from here on out, the
Secretary of Defense is the licenser for the production and
implementation of biological or chemical warfare, with the (increased) capability to introduce biological or chemical agents to the populace through control of water resource.

C. Transportation
Sec. 801. (a) "Civil Transportation" includes movement of persons and property by all
modes of transportation in interstate, intrastate, or foreign commerce
within the United States, its territories and possessions, and the
District of Columbia, and related public storage and warehousing, ports,
services, equipment and facilities, such as transportation carrier shop
and repair facilities. "Civil transportation" also shall include
direction, control, and coordination of civil transportation capacity
regardless of ownership.
This makes it possible
for the Department of Transportation to seize and control all highways,
roads, aircraft companies and all assets, the CTA and all assets, All
shipping, anything that could possibly be used to move a person or a
thing. of course it is then possible for the department to shut down
companies deemed harmful (any companies with foreign investors or
providing services overseas) within the U.S.
D. Health Care Services
(i)"Health resources" means drugs, biological products, medical devices,
materials, facilities, health supplies, services and equipment required
to diagnose, mitigate or prevent the impairment of, improve, treat,
cure, or restore the physical or mental health conditions of the
population.
E. Energy
b) "Energy" means all forms of energy including petroleum, gas (both
natural and manufactured), electricity, solid fuels (including all forms
of coal, coke, coal chemicals, coal liquification, and coal
gasification), solar, wind, other types of renewable energy, atomic
energy, and the production, conservation, use, control, and distribution
(including pipelines) of all of these forms of energy.
According to the defense act of 1950, The president does not have the
power to appropriate gasoline resources or to manipulate the price of
gasoline to benefit national defense. OBAMA(corp) has obviously overturned these particular provisions, putting entire industries at the whim of the Administration.
F. Agriculture
"Food resources" means all commodities and products, (simple,
mixed, or compound), or complements to such commodities or products,
that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals,
irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be
put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products
thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption. "Food
resources" also means potable water packaged in commercially marketable
containers, all starches, sugars, vegetable and animal or marine fats
and oils, seed, cotton, hemp, and flax fiber, but does not mean any such
material after it loses its identity as an agricultural commodity or
agricultural product.
"Food resource facilities" means plants, machinery, vehicles
(including on farm), and other facilities required for the production,
processing, distribution, and storage (including cold storage) of food
resources, and for the domestic distribution of farm equipment and
fertilizer (excluding transportation thereof).
G. Department of Labor:
" The Secretary Shall:
(1) collect and maintain data necessary to make a continuing appraisal
of the Nation's workforce needs for purposes of national defense;
(2) upon request by the Director of Selective Service, and in
coordination with the Secretary of Defense, assist the Director of
Selective Service in development of policies regulating the induction
and deferment of persons for duty in the armed services;"
Information (intelligence) and the possibility of
a Draft. What more needs to be said? Depart of Labor will have a
workers file on you and will decide where best to train and allocate
you (it goes on to say).
Like pre-Soviet Russia, we will have a socialized civilian labor force, a Civil Service, tailored by the Department of Labor towards the particular needs of "National Defense".
IV. Foreign powers
Curiously mentioned is the imperative to provide financial assistance to foreign powers, indicating that this executive order may not be an independent move by the Obama(corp) administration, but moreover a plan for legal cooperation of foreign financial and industrial powers.
'National Defense' is further defined as:
"programs for military and energy production or construction, military or
critical infrastructure assistance to any foreign nation, homeland
security, stockpiling, space, and any directly related activity"
Under this newly broadened definition, several recent controversies are apparently legitimized, including the ATF's wholesale of military-issue armaments directly to Drug Cartels in Mexico, the material and logistical support of the Behngazi uprising that dethroned Muommar Ghaddafi, and most assuredly many operations we know nothing about are now permissable and routine.
V. WAR IS NOW OFFICIALLY PEACE!
Notice I have quoted a passage above (103c) in which the phrasing used
is a "potential threat to security." it does not say "direct attack or
invasion". It does not say "due to unforeseeable natural disasters" or
even the old tried and true "in case of conspiracy to commit terrorism,
blah blah blah al qaeda blah blah blah muslim (extremists)s".
At whim, or scent of need, the Executive office has claimed the right to buy (forcibly) anything from land, agricultural equipment, mining equipment within the U.S., whatever is needed to ensure the superiority of the Administration.
they can (ostensibly) shut down companies they don't like, and officialy sponser/effectively socialize any other companies they want
VI. National American Socialist Party:
the Enabling Act of 1933 "allowed the cabinet to enact legislation,
including
laws deviating from or altering the constitution, without the consent of
the Reichstag." Reichstag(congress) is expected to change any laws necessary to make Hitler's actions legal.
Current events mirror precisely Hitler's rise to power in
Germany. All the power has already been
grabbed. All we're missing is an event, (for Hitler, he burned down the
roof over the Reichstag's head, and three days later there was no constitution).
the Reichstag Fire act: "the Constitution of the German Reich [is] suspended until further notice.
It is therefore permissible to restrict the rights of personal freedom [
habeas corpus],
freedom of (opinion) expression, including the freedom of the press,
the freedom to organize and assemble, the privacy of postal, telegraphic
and telephonic communications. Warrants for House searches, orders for
confiscations as well as restrictions on property, are also permissible
beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed."
So the
question is, if a plane hits Congress, or the stock market crashes, or
Obama(corp) starts to feel like he could be impeached or defeated in
election, will we believe them when they redefine
belligerant terrorist' to mean someone who looks a little more like you?
What has already come to pass:
No right to assembly or expression of opinion. No right to due process by a jury of your peers. No right to bear arms or form militia. No longer a right to private
property. No longer do you have sovereign right to life,
liberty, or the pursuit of anything but a merciful end from an unmanned killing machine.
And now it's all 'legal', according to the new Executive Order.
